About the Role

As a Retail Sales Specialist at Spectrum, you’ll promote and sell our products and services to new and existing customers, enhancing the customer experience and fostering exceptional care at every store location.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet sales, service, and operational goals.

• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on products.

• Build strong customer relationships and overcome objections.

• Maintain product knowledge, visual standards, and minimize losses.

• Ensure a welcoming store environment and resolve issues.

Working Conditions

Flexible schedule, regular attendance, travel, lifting up to 35 lbs., prolonged standing, adherence to dress code, moderate noise environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Cash handling and payment accuracy.

• Comfort with technology, mobile devices, and computer applications.

• Basic math skills and ability to multitask in a goal-driven environment.

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of latest technology.

• 1–5 years sales/customer service experience.

• 1–3 years telecommunications/wireless experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00–$24.60/hour + commission target of $7,020.
