One of the largest banks in the U.S. is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and connecting customers with the right financial products, services, and digital solutions.
Proactively engage with customers through outreach and relationship-building.
Assist with opening new accounts, service requests, and credit applications.
Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs.
Refer customers to other bankers or partners as needed.
Follow defined policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (including S.A.F.E. Act compliance).
Maintain cash drawer and handle transactions accurately.
6+ months of customer interaction experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education).
Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
Proactive outreach via phone or email.
Ability to educate customers on digital and mobile banking.
Strong teamwork and customer relationship skills.
Knowledge of fraud prevention and compliance.
Relevant military experience in personnel, benefits, recruiting, or operations.
Proven ability to source, acquire, and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
SAFE registration at hire; must meet ongoing loan originator regulatory requirements.
